The Melting Pot has been a restaurant of choice in the Gaithersburg area for many years, due in no small part to its high level of service and the uniqueness of its menu. Inside, the decor is modern with a touch of eastern ambiance, with tables well separated so that conversation can be conducted at a reasonable volume. On the menu, fondue is king, and those looking for something different in a meal would be hard pressed to find it. The 'Big Night Out' signature meal is broken down into four courses, the highlights of which are the cheese fondue appetizer and the chocolate fondue dessert.
