Bar Louie is located on the first floor of the Chinatown Gallery Place shops and theater, making it a perfect place to stop in for a quick drink or bite to eat before catching a movie, or even after, since the kitchen is open late.

Great Happy Hour! $3 beer, $4 wines, and $5 martinis. I try to get there right around 4pm to take advantage of the full 3 hours of this happy hour. And on top of the great specials they have half off all of their appetizers. Wide variety of local, national, and global beers, lots of martinis (my favorite), and great apps! Fun staff that makes the visit great. I definately reccommend this place!
